What this is, and what it isn’t
Heart Softeners shares reminders from the Qur’an, the Sunnah and the words of the salaf. It is not a fatwa service, and it is not medical or mental-health advice. For a personal religious question, ask a qualified scholar. If you are struggling with your health, please speak to a professional.
Sharing our content
You are welcome to share our emails and the bonus guide with others, as long as you don’t change them or sell them. Our own writing and translations belong to Heart Softeners. Qur’an translations are from Sahih International.
Changes
We may change how often we write, change these terms, or stop the newsletter. If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
